Jeb Brilliant is a California-based real estate investor. He is currently focused on his dream of building a sizable real estate portfolio. Â His rolodex includes a competent and effective team in Indiana with many other contacts around the country. They include brokers, property managers (with a back up), inspector, multiple sub & general contractors and brokers/wholesalers. In addition to a great team Jeb already owns a personal portfolio.

Jeb has a history in PR, is a long time blogger, media relations specialist and is an expert in residence at the University of Southern California, counseled international telecom companies and currently holds multiple board positions in his local community.  Jeb and his wife of 14 years live in Long Beach California with their 2 daughters.
